HONG KONG
Life in Hong Kong transcends cultural and culinary borders, such that nothing is truly foreign and nothing doesn’t belong. – Peter Jon Lindberg
Hong Kong enthralled me from the moment I arrived. I found its rich Chinese culture to mesh so beautifully with its British colonial past and its existence as a global business center. As a “city girl” conflicted by my love for the mountains, I became infatuated with the idea that I could spend a morning shopping in Central and head for a hike in the afternoon. Allow me to be your guide to this diverse destination.
