After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, I started my career in energy consulting at Accenture’s Houston office. While I enjoyed my time as a consultant,  my true love was planning travel for myself and for others in my spare time, so after five years I decided to pivot, take the plunge, and pursue my passion for travel and travel planning.

I began working in the travel industry full-time in at JG Black Book, a consulting firm in the travel and travel lifestyle sectors based in New York City. After several months, I leveraged my experiences and channeled my entrepreneurial aspirations to establish HUTTON|B, a luxury travel advisory and an independent affiliate of In the Know Experiences

I live in Austin, Texas with my husband, Ian, and our son, Boone. When I’m not planning travel or scouting the latest and greatest destinations, you will likely find me exploring my surroundings, searching for a good cup of cold brew, running outdoors, cycling indoors, relaxing with our two cats, Tuna and Willie Nelson, or sipping cocktails with my family and friends.
