Now it’s time to bring everything to life! We diligently build quotes and create itineraries tailored to your unique interests and curiosities. Your itinerary will be filled with tours, activities and dinner recommendations based on our own travel experiences and partnerships with on-the-ground experts.  We will work to get you the VIP treatment – think room upgrades and resort credits – thanks to our established relationships with properties around the globe and memberships to invite-only travel clubs


Hotels: Hotel quotes and bookings are always complimentary! Thanks to our relationships and club memberships, we can offer perks at thousands of hotels around the globe and you pay the same or a better rate than if you were to book directly. We are members of Virtuoso, Belmond Bellini, Dorchester Diamond, Four Seasons Preferred, Hyatt Prive, Marriott Stars, Rosewood Elite, Internova Select and more!

Flights: Flight bookings require a $75 per person round trip ticketing fee. This covers our time sharing options with you, completing the flight booking and managing the booking with our New York City Air Desk until you safely return home.

Custom Itineraries: There is a $350 fee per adult for domestic trips up to 7 days and $500 fee per adult for domestic trips 8-14 days. There is a $500 fee per adult for international trips up to 7 days and a $750 fee per adult for international trips 8-14 days. For children under the age of 18 there is a $150 supplement per child for itineraries up to 7 days and a $250 supplement per child for itineraries 8-14 days regardless if domestic or international. A 50% deposit is due once we begin working on your custom itinerary. The remaining balance is due once your itinerary has been finalized. This fee covers our time making all arrangements and creating your custom digital itinerary. We handle everything on your behalf… transfers, rental cars, dining reservations, spa reservations, private excursions, free time recommendations, etc.! You can always choose to forego this fee and work directly with the concierge as well!

Entertainment & Lifestyle: We have insider access to it all! From sporting events to concerts and more, we can make it happen. And, there are no extra service fees for these one-off purchases.

Cancellations & Changes: We understand things come up, so we can reschedule your bookings one time on a complimentary basis but, from there, a $50 fee will apply per rescheduling. If cancellations become too numerous or a substantial amount of time has been put into a booking that is subsequently cancelled, there is a $100 cancellation fee per booking. Cancellation fees will be assessed on a case by case basis.


Once we’ve aligned on your travel plans, we work to complete bookings and will be in touch with any critical information, like deposit due dates. Just before your trip, we share your finalized itinerary which aggregates all of your trip plans, confirmations and contacts to ensure you are ready to go!
